We have been avid travellers and fastidious holiday home renters for many years, these valuable experiences mean; we know what makes the quintessential holiday experience.
Our properties are perfectly located in regions of outstanding beauty, with glorious local pubs, restaurants, walks for all abilities, as well as activities ranging from outdoor pursuits to artisan markets.
Our cosy homes have all been recently renovated to exceptionally high standards, whilst always paying respect to the property’s original features. Interior design is of paramount importance, all our houses have new perfectly fitted bathrooms and kitchens, additionally all our furniture, fixtures and fittings compliment beautifully throughout.
All properties have their own luxury features, including: cosy heated stone flooring, Burlington roll top baths, crackling wood burning stoves, private hot tubs with oak gazebos and a heated swimming pool with al fresco dining and bar area (France).
No need to leave your furry friend at home, all our UK properties are dog friendly too.

Just three miles from Ripon, peacefully tucked away down country lanes, Pottery Lane Barn has been immaculately renovated in 2023 to a luxurious standard, paying respect to original features like the barn A frame beams and decorated throughout in subtle ‘Little Greene’ colours. The stone heated flooring, a wood burning fire and a deep bath all add to the cosy charm along with the most sumptuous beds, ensuring you will enjoy a perfect Yorkshire Sunday lie in. The barn has its own garden within our farmstead of 15 acres and has a stunning oak gazebo with a five-person hot tub and of course twinkly lights.
